Hydrogen Peroxide
Hydrogen peroxide is often produced as a watery solution having different strengths; though the most widely traded concentration is 50%. The main use of Hydrogen peroxide is to manufacture chemical and electronic devices, to bleach cotton and textiles and utilization in medicinal purposes.
Nuberg Engineering is in concord with EB Process Design to build hydrogen peroxide plants since 2006 and has successfully fulfilled all projects since then. The very first project of the co-opetition was in Czech Republic in the year 2007 where a Hydrogen Peroxide plant was dismantled, remodeled and re-established in Chittagong, Bangladesh.
Chlor Alkali
The Chlor-alkali industry is a power intensive installation. A Chlor-alkali complex is more generally referred to as Caustic Soda/ Chlorine Plant with a series of downstream chlorine derivatives. The major pre-requisites for feasibility of Chlor-alkali industry is the availability of power at cheap rates/ In-house power plant, Salt (NaCl) & market for disposal of chlorine.
Nuberg Engineering designs and executes chlorine plants using their own technology. This technology, along with our design expertise is used in the conversion of existing environmentally-damaging technologies and for the construction of Greenfield projects giving minimum environmental impact and optimized operational and energy efficiency. This leverages the Company to produce customized products of different specifications according to customer needs and also assure the customer a product of consistent economical value and of high quality.
Sulfuric Acid
SO2 is produced by burning sulphur which is then further oxidized in the convertors producing heat and energy often known as an exothermic reaction. V2O5 is the catalyst used for this reaction.

Calcium Chloride
Calcium chloride is a water-soluble salt that occurs naturally and the various grades can be used in widely differing fields. Road maintenance, industry and foods are just a few examples. Calcium chloride is more effective than many other products at suppressing dust and combating ice on roads. Therefore, a smaller amount of calcium chloride can often be used, which helps reduce costs and minimizes environmental impact. Calcium chloride is also a dehumidifier and is found in moisture absorbers. It is extremely useful as a drying and cooling medium. During construction projects and the like, calcium chloride can be used in cement to make it possible to pour and cast in cold climates. In the mining industry, it can be used to bind dust and reduce the risk of explosion. When drilling for oil, calcium chloride mainly works to stabilize the ground strata and to increase the degree of extraction and maintain the correct pressure in the well. Calcium chloride removes fluorides, sulphates and phosphates from water – properties that benefit the food and manufacturing industries. Cheese manufacturers use calcium chloride both for calcium enrichment and to give the cheese a firmer consistency. Calcium chloride can also be added to drinks to adjust the mineral content. Fruit which has been treated with calcium chloride gets a significantly extended shelf life.
